You must use Webbzer lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login and activity under your account.

A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the included templates and prompts for your own and client projects during the stated access period. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or provide the original source prompts or library access as a competing product.

Prices and the access period are shown before checkout. Charges are one-time unless a future offer expressly says otherwise. Digital-access purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy.

Custom website work is governed by the scope, pricing, milestones and rights stated in the proposal accepted for that project. A booking call does not create a service agreement.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific commercial results or compatibility with every third-party platform.

Webbzer and its original content, branding and platform remain our property. You retain ownership of materials you provide and are responsible for having permission to use them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webbzer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
