Refund policy

All purchases of Webbzer template and prompt access are final and non-refundable because access to the digital library is made available after payment. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you believe you were charged more than once or the amount differs from the checkout confirmation, contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct a verified billing error.

If payment succeeds but access is not activated, contact us with the email used at checkout. We will work to restore the purchased access. An access issue does not automatically create a refund entitlement where the service can be restored.

Custom services follow the cancellation and payment terms in the specific proposal or agreement accepted for that project.
