Refunds
If you have unlocked nothing, a refund is straightforward. Once a prompt is unlocked, its text is in your hands and cannot be returned — which is exactly why three unlocks are free.
Before you unlock anything
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions, provided you have not unlocked a prompt in that time. Write to hello@webbzer.ai and it is processed back to the original card.
After you unlock
Unlocking delivers the full prompt text immediately and permanently. That cannot be undone, so a purchase with unlocks against it is not refundable as a matter of course.
If a prompt is defective
A prompt that does not produce roughly what its preview shows is a defect, not a matter of taste. Tell us which one and what you got — it gets fixed, or refunded, regardless of how long ago you bought it and regardless of how many unlocks you have spent.
Subscriptions
Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the current period ends. We do not pro-rate a partially used period, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
Charged after cancelling, or charged twice? Tell us and it is reversed the same day. That is a billing error, not a refund request.
Credit packs
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. Partially spent packs are refunded pro-rata against the credits still on the balance.
